- Request admin to add your shop
- Admin selects Demo / Monthly / 1 year
- Download Setup, open the zip, double-click the Setup file (C:\Program Files\QR2Print)
- Print the QR poster and stick it on the counter
How it works
One line from phone to printer
Works on a normal USB printer. Wi-Fi printer is not required. WhatsApp is only a backup if the customer cannot scan QR.
What the shop PC does
Print Agent stays near the clock
Small icon in the Windows tray. Customers never see a software window.
Money to your UPI
Customer pays the shop UPI. Software fee is separate, selected by admin.
B/W and color
Pick HP LaserJet for B/W and a color printer, or the same printer for both.
Shop plans — admin selects this
Shop login then shows Demo, Monthly, or 1 year. Printing works only after admin clicks the plan.
1 year
12 months, then renew

Customer print money goes to the shop UPI. You only pay the software fee if admin asks.
