Demo is free. Monthly and lifetime software fees may be refunded within 48 hours if the auto-print agent cannot be made to work on a normal Windows PC with a working printer, after you have followed the setup guide. Refunds are not given for misuse, change of mind after successful prints, or internet / printer hardware problems at the shop.
