Xerox shop setup
Choose a plan → register → Shop ID → download QR + software → Start → printers sync → pick B/W and color printers in Settings.
Demo, Monthly, or Lifetime. Use Demo if you want to try the software first. Enter name, shop name, mobile, printer model, password, and UPI. After payment you get a Shop ID — save it.
The dashboard shows your shop QR. Use Download QR only for the QR. Use Download latest software version for the print agent. Always use the latest version the first time.
Unzip the file and run run.bat. If Windows says Protected Your PC, click Run anyway. Enter the Shop ID and click Start. The agent verifies with the server, syncs printers, and goes to the system tray.
Choose the B/W printer and the color printer (they can be the same). Set B/W and color prices. Save, then print the shop poster and put it on the counter.
Customer scans the shop QR (no WhatsApp number needed) → uploads the file → chooses first page or all pages, B/W or color → pays UPI → the printer prints by itself. Nobody at the counter touches the PC. Admin must Accept the shop PC first.
